Beds: Beds are normally configured as doubles. They can be separated into singles on request — useful for colleague groups or mixed family stays.
For the 11th guest, sleeping is arranged on the living-room sofa.
Pets not allowed. EV charging not available.
Final cleaning: €200 (charged separately).
Bed linen and towels: €10/person (optional; guests may bring their own).

Is the whole property rented exclusively?
Yes. Villa Tukkilahti is rented as an exclusive-use property. Your group has the entire house, sauna building, outdoor areas and lake access to yourselves throughout the stay.
How many people can stay?
Up to 11 guests. There are 5 bedrooms with flexible double/single bed setups. For the 11th guest, sleeping is arranged on the living-room sofa.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Bed linen and towels are available for €10 per person. You may also bring your own.
What is the sauna situation?
There is a separate wood-fired sauna building with its own shower, toilet and relaxation area. Wood-firing takes about 1–2 hours. Firewood is provided.
Can we use the rowing boat?
Yes, one rowing boat is included in the stay. Life jackets are available on the property. Fishing requires the appropriate Finnish fishing permits.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available at the villa. Please note that the property is in a remote rural area — the connection is suitable for everyday use and moderate remote work, but may not support heavy simultaneous video conferencing for large groups.
Is the villa suitable for children?
Yes. The property has ample space and outdoor areas. As with any lakeside property, parental supervision near the water and during boat use is recommended. Please mention any specific needs (high chair, cot) when enquiring.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Villa Tukkilahti.
What is included in the price?
Accommodation, exclusive use of all facilities, rowing boat, firewood, and free parking. Final cleaning (€200) is charged separately. Bed linen and towels are optional at €10/person.
